Sleep Disorders Poor sleep is the
major cause behind disorders that might eventually lead to minor or serious
medical and psychiatric problems. As an attempt to
address such problems, this report discusses on the most common sleep disorders
like sleep apnea, snoring and its affects on individuals. Not just one,
there are hundreds of sleep disorders that are noticed in the society. These
disorders might become dangerous for life when left uncared. Snoring, Sleep
apnea, Insomnia, Narcolepsy, Parasomnias, Restless Legs and Periodic Limb
Movement Disorder are some of the disorders that are commonly found. None of the
commonly found sleep disorders like sleep apnea and snoring are inherited but
all are acquired through various sources like behavioral causes, environment,
stress or might also be subsets of the victims medical or health problems. A layman would
best understand this if he / she happens to know the fact that Insomnia,
considered as one of the major sleep disorder, is also acquired by caffeine
intoxication. Caffeine
intoxication shouldn’t be presumed to be a habitual but the fact is
that it is also infused into the body of a normal person who consumes more than
2 to 3 cups of coffee every day. This eventually
not only becomes a habit rather the person becomes addicted towards this
